from 3% sulphur fuel and consumption of 230g/Kwhr can i calculate SOX.
Can I calculate flue gas consentration in Mg/M3

you'd need to know air/fuel ratio to estmate Mg/M3.

You could estimate SOx by assuming a distribution of SO, SO2, SO3, etc in the exhaust stream, and doing the stoichiometry.
