Hi,

I am working a new project that involves deformation of glass from given loads on the order of 0.1 to 1 nanometer.

Does Ansys or Cosmos have the capability to capture this level of resolution?

Thank you for the help!

Ansys most certainly does. However, you should consider the units which you use in constructing and post-processing the model if this is the case. Also, ensure you are using a double-precision solver.
