Dear All,
I've developed a software which calculates the alarm/trip levels (heights in meters) for the 3-phase Separators. They'r calculated on the base of the liquids' hold-up timings. (if the height of a particular level is less than some specific minimum value (meters), then it sets to this value). As the shape of the separator is not very simple the direct calculation is impossible as you could see, so I've used some iterative method to come-up with the height of each level.
The samples of those levels:
Not sure how useful this program can be as I did it for the particular project of the separator upgrade and appreciate any suggestions on !!!
thanks,
Joisy
