Hi there,

I am currently working on designing two gears in fusion360. They are both fixed to motor shafts that have a particular distance of their Centers s= 100.0 mm. One of the gears has to be bigger than the other one to get some kind of torque increase. My question is: how can I calculate the gear´s teeth-height, width, the diameter of each gear and the teeth angle to make both gears perfectly interact with each other?
I do not have a lot of experience in mechanics though which is why Im asking this dumb question. I would love to get some ideas. I need to enter my module, number of teeth and the hole diameter in the spur gear application in fusion360.

Thanks a lot for your help!
