I have been asked for information on how to calculate the MPT (Minimum Pressurizing Temperature) for a hydrocracker heat exchanger.

Can anyone suggest provide an ASME B&PV reference or any other relevant standards or publications?

A design report I got hold of references a conference paper from ASME PVP-1997 (vol.344), but I cannot find the proceedings for that specific conference in my database.
