calculate the Actual Area required of Wind Girder?

Table 5.19a—Section provide the (Z) Modulus (cm3) of Stiffening-Ring Sections with reference to Selected Detail from Figure 5.24, My question; How I can calculate the Actual Area required to estimate the weight of Wind Girder (either Top or Intermediate)?

Typical layout for a larger wind girder will be like this:

Adjust the length based on forming equipment capacities, erection considerations, and to fit the desired plate widths/lengths.
Width dimensions are just based on geometry. Allow a little extra length for field trim on the last piece.
 
The process to get the area of the windgirder sould be:

[li]Using Section 5.9 calculate the required section modulus of the top and any intermediate wind girders[/li]
[li]Using table 5.19 determine the dimensions of the windgirder(s)[/li]
[li]Knowing the windgirder(s) dimensions, calculate the area / volume / weight.[/li]
[/ol]
