Hi,

Simple question: Does CAESAR ii calculate SIF's based on B31.3 Appendix D, or B31J? Does it vary by which version of CAESAR you are using? If so, where does this cutoff begin?

Once you have V13 and later, it appears it would use B31J. Before that it would be via App D and the B31J tool if installed.
