Hello,
Can you please help elaborate what it mean for "Diameter over core insulation"

I have the following cable information.

So which one on the cable information is my diameter over core insulation?

Thank you.
I just cannot understand what it mean thank you in advance

When a conductor is insulated, then The Diameter Over Core Insulation is self explanatory, that is, the overall diameter.
One or more cables may be assembled into a cable.
If you are trying to order connectors for individual conductors, then cable diameter may not be applicable.

The conductor diameter corresponds to the maximum as per IEC 60228 Standard for copper stranded conductor. The insulation thickness has to be according to IEC 60502-2 for XLPE or EPR 12/20 (24) kV.
Then for 50 mm^2, if conductor diameter is 9.1 mm , 1 mm conductor screen and 5.5 mm insulation thickness the insulated core diameter has to be 9.1+2*(1+5.5)=22.1 mm. However it could be 10% less sometime [that means 20 mm].
