Buttons stop working

Not sure what's the reason behind but first the Boundary Condition Manager button stopped working and now the Active Steps/Frames button in the Report Field Output windon stopped working. Oddly enough, the BC manager started working again. Any suggestions? I really need to use this command. By stop working I mean I click and nothing happens. I tried to close and open abaqus again and still doesn't work

Are these not working buttons grayed out ? Do you have any plug-ins installed ? Also try installing hot fixes from DS website.

No, it's possible to click on them but nothing happens after that. The pop-up window does not open. It's so weird

You can also try opening results in Abaqus/Viewer directly (not using Visualization module in CAE). And make sure that .odb file is not empty. If nothing else works consider hot fix installation or reinstall the software.
