Kantor- The inductance in Henry's per meter of length would be:
[(ur)(uo)Arccosh(D/2a)]/pi for a cylindrical conductor where D is the distance to the return path, 'a' is the radius of the conductor, ur is the relative permeability of the material separating the two conductors, uo is the permeability of free space/air. Since your bus bar is a rectangular shaped object, a fairly close approximation might be obtainable by imagining a stack of cylindrical conductors with a radius half of the width of the bar and adding to the height of the bar, but since the above is based on Ampere's law and some vector calculus you might want to just alter it to your needs. Good luck!
