Bullet Analysis on Polycarbonate

Has anyone ever done analysis on Polycarbonate or any plastic or metal for that matter including the force of impact along with the thermal effects that the bullet has on the plastic. I am having a problem that when I do the non linear analysis on the plastic, the analysis is not the same as the experimental values and I believe that the problem is due to the thermal effects. Thanks for any help
