Building Classification of Wind Turbines?

Hi,

I was wondering what building classification (ASCE 7-05 Table 1-1) should be used for wind turbines, and other renewable power plants?

I would assume cat III, but was wondering if a renewable power plant might fall under cat II if it is providing surplus energy supply to the base load - similar to a co-generation facility.

Any information on this would be much appreciated...
