Hello All,
I need to build a simple thermal chamber to create a environment where I can test some computer servers at 35-40C temperature. The temperature doesn't need to be precise but should be able to stay within that limit for certain number of hours to see if any component fails or not.
I am planning to build a small chamber with plywood walls, have some vents or also have option to feed and fetch air using small fans to control the temperature. Once thing I am not sure is about covering the internal surface of plywood with something else or not. So the question is will there be any advantage if I use aluminum foil to cover the internal surfaces?

Any other suggestions??

Thanks,
Harps

You need to have representative airflow, consistent with either specific requirements or usage environment. I would recommend against metallizing the walls. That's fundamentally different than the environment it's supposed to represent.

You need to provide size of chamber and expected environmental temperature range.
Also, is this a temporary or permanent setup.
