I am using ASD '89 and Staad '06. I have a braced frame structure to design. Is there a way to set-up the model parameters to get results nearly identical to the results using ASD '05?

Honestly, unless you are doing hand calculations you should probably ingnore the Mlt and Mnt discussions. This is just related to the B1-B2 hand calc method of performing a 2nd order analysis.

For the most part, you will be ignoring this if you are performing a P-Delta analysis using an FEM program.
