Boundary condition and loading for concentric cylinder in abaqus 1

Hi

I am new in Abaqus , iam trying to analyse Torque in concentric cylinder , in which outer cylinder is fixed and inner cylinder have some torque or moment so what will boundary condition and loading application and interface connection .I have attached below CAE file also .

Nodes at solid elements have no rotational DOF.

Connect the outer planar face with a coupling to reference node and apply the moment/rotation there.

I will apply moment with what boundary condition and at which location?
