I need information about Booster Transformers 69/69 kV, 455 MVA.

Do you mean an "Auto Transformer".

Suggestion: Visit
and type Transformers: Buck/Boost under Product or Service, which will return 62 companies to approach to. Because of the size of 45MVA, the larger companies should be contacted, e.g. GE, etc.
