Bolts edge distance and spacing requirements!

I have a condition where I am using 1/2" thru bolts to connect 2x_ lumbers, in shear connections. Is there any provision in NDS for minimum edge distance and minimum spacing between bolts? If yes, which section of NDS talks about it? I would appreciate your inputs.
