Bolted Column Splices with Minor Axis bending moment

Hi All

I'm looking for literature/design guides on Bolted Column splices with minor axis bending.
I have the SAISC Green Book "Structural Steel Connections", it got about a page on this topic. Just wondering if there is another design guide/book with some more information on this topic.

Do you want to carry the bending force through the bolted joint (make the vertical column act as close to a single continuous beam as possible), or do you want to have the joint act like a pivot point, so the two beams are both straight after loading?

The first option is preferred, (make the vertical column act as close to a single continuous beam as possible).

I don't know of a specific reference but I'm pretty sure that I know how to tackle the design. Your flange splice plates will have to deal with both direct shear and moment on the bolt groups. Beyond that, it's AISC manual bolt group design. It's tedious by hand but certainly doable.
