Shear Lag with Bolted Connection 1

Can someone direct me to the CSA S16 requirement for determining the increase in connections due to shear lag? I cannot locate the requirement. I have a connection with 10 pairs of 3/4" bolts in a line. The BAR stock is 1-1/4x8. If no information, can someone direct me to the AISC requirement?

Clause 12.3.3.2 for Ane values based on sections, number of lines of fasteners, etc.
