Bolt designation

I am working on a project where the design criteria provided states the following:

Anchor bolt: strength class 5.6

Nuts: strength class 8

Washers: strength class 100hv

I would like to know the strength of each of these and the meaning of each designation.

And yes, I did an internet (unsuccessful) internet search before posting. This is for a metric project. It seems that the number indicates some sort of material strength.

Any ideas?
