We need your advice for the recommended pump casing cover and casing filler material for a Hitachi >Booster pump DV-CH, Feed water temp.: 191,5ºC; Spec garvity of feed water: 0,874; Nº of stages: 1. The existing material is Steel castings and the inspection show severe erosion on the casing and casing cover areas.

Cast steel should be fine for this application. It sounds like more of a chemistry problem or hydraulic problem. How's the oxygen content in the system? Is this occuring in the suction or discharge or both sections of the pump?
