Blending curved and flat surfaces

Howdie.

Is there a way to blend a curved surface with a flat surface, both of which have the same amount of points around? Or for that matter, two curved surfaces? (Please see attached.)

Sorry...just answered my own question. It's a boundary blend. Just proves my oft mentioned theorem, that if you want a quick answer to a question, just post the question on a forum and you'll come up with your own solution within 5 minutes!
