Does anyone have an approximate $/m2 rate to construct a blast resistant building?
I am currently undertaking a high level cost estimate review (+/- 40%) and am wishing to compare this against a preliminary design and take off.
I would like to have responses for a precast/in-situ shell and foundations etc. Internal fit-out costs etc are not required.
There will be a two level and single level structure. Blast pressures are in the vicinity of 24 kPa. (3.5 PSI)
Any information with regard to the same and/or direction to useful web pages or texts will be greatly appreciated.
