Blanking dimension, leader lines

Is there a way to blank dimension/extension/leader lines in NX2? I want to add a "live" countersink dia callout below a hole dimension, without having to use expressions. I know that this functionality was available in V18, but can't seem to find it in NX2. Any help greatly appreciated!

I found that I was going too deep in the menu structure. Instead of ANNOTATION STYLE > DIMENSION, I was going to ANNOTATION STYLE > LINE/ARROW.
