Is there any way to bind a raster image into a drawing similar to binding a *.dwg XREF? I don't want to have to keep the *.gp4 and *.tif files along with the *.dwg file. Bind isn't a selectable option when you right-click on the raster image reference. It is if the XREF is a *.dwg file.

The only way to make an image part of the drawing is to insert it as an OLE object.
