Anyone have any pointers on the best way to model a thin plastic film over a wing frame from leading to trailing edge?

I've attached the NX6 file of the frame I'd like to cover. This is my first model in NX, so I'm sure there are a ton of no-no's.

Thanks for the help!

Here's one solution based on creating a Surface Thru Curves with some adjustments to make sure that the surface actually covers the intended area.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

... and don't forget that you can always use "thicken sheet" and make the plastic whatever the actual thickness is.
