Best efficiency Point of pump

I want to know how to dertermiate the best effciency of centrifugal pump?
You look at the pump curve - typical below
and the speed R.P.M at this point?
The speed is fixed.
If speed varies then the pump curve varies so for each speed, the BEP will be at a different point
Remember - More details = better answers
