We are putting Ag/Zn batteries into a metal can and need resistance to KOH(1.3-1.45 sg)to prevent leakage, strength to resist deformation against internal pressure, and potentially electrical isolation. Any ideas on testing or references to the best previous work published?
Thanks, Tom

What are the battery shells made out of? Seems like a good starting point.

We would like to put the electrodes straight into the can with separators in between and no internal bag or shell. The can currently is 304L ss.
