Bend straight beam to circular helix

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me that how to bend a straight beam with rectangular cross-section to a circular helix using ANSYS Mechanical APDL? Any advice would be highly appreciated.

I would call ANSYS tech support, or look in online ANSYS user forums.
