benchmark - what does the numbers mean?

I ran a benchmark for SolidWorks 2007 on by machine but I don't know how to read the results. can someone please make all these number more clear.

Where did you get the software to run the benchmark? I am interested in this and have not found the place to get it free. Maybe they would have info on how to read the info produced.
