GENTLEMEN:
I NEED YOUR ADVISE ,HOW TO CONSIDER THE BEAM TO COLUMN FIXATION OF THE ATTACHED 2 CASES WHEN THE BEAM IS RESTING ON EDGE OF COLUMN.
PLS REFER TO THE ATTACHED SKETCH.

You can use cardinal points to specify insertion point. The ETABS Manual has a good description.

If you don't find it, let me know and I can scan and post that page.

In the help menu, search for "Insertion Point". This will show you the steps.
