Battered Cantilever Retaining Walls

I am in search of a commonly accepted method of calculating active and passive earth pressures for battered cantilever retaining walls.
 
Coulomb's earth pressure theory does take into account wall batter. The equation for Ka is too long to include in this posting, but can be found in any Foundation Engineering textbook.
 
Also, the Culmann graphical method will do it too.
