I HAVE MODEL BUILDING 2 STORIES WITH BASEMENT BY SAP2000, BASE SHEAR AT X DIRECTION DUE TO RSP IS VERY SMALL (NO BASE SHEAR)

WHAT IS THE PROPLEM
