bar with traverse hole

Has anyone seen benchmarks for a square or round bar in torsion with a traverse hole. I am working on a simplified model of a L-bracket and working up to the more complicated analysis.

The actual part is a "L" bracket with a bolt connection, and thus a bolt hole. The force applied is such that the bolt would pass through the bottom of the "L" and the force would be applied into the page at the top of the L.
