On a few drawings I have inserted balloons on they come in as different colors. Sorry I can not tell you what colors they are exactly as I am red/green color blind but I can see they are different. The lighter ones (maybe grey or green), if I delete them and re-insert them they come back in black (I think).

Side note - Stop & Go lights for me are actually Yellow, Yellow, and White (top to bottom). I am on the same roads as you, scary thought huh :)

Thanks in advance,

Usually the different coloured balloons have leaders which are not connected to geometry. The colour is Olive (or thereabouts).

The brownish yellow ones are Dangling Balloons and like CBL said are not touching the geometry - The number would actually be a ? mark inside the balloon.
