Hello,
I am running a simulation with SPH. The simulation is about forming a sheet with fluid in SPH. to increase the simulation speed I am modeling a quarter of the model.
The problem is, when I give the symmetric boundary condition (in load module), the SPH particles do not follow the symmetric behavior. Meaning that the internal particles (without any boundary condition) slide out of the symmetric plane. Please see attached picture.
Documentation says "The smoothed particle hydrodynamic method is not implemented for two-dimensional elements. Axisymmetry can be simulated using a wedge-shaped sector and symmetry boundary conditions", SO I know it is possible to use SPH in axisymmetry model.
Is there any way to fix this problem
