AWS D1.6 1999 vs 2007

Hi All,

I need to use AWS D1.6 and only have the 1999 version. Is anyone able to tell me if the 2007 version has many fundamental differences or if it is mostly the same? Does the 2007 'work' in the same way as the 1999 release?
