Looking for AWS equivalent weld procedure and filler material to DIN procedures

Hi, I am working on a project, where lugs will be welded to structural carbon steel plate.
The lug supplier lists the following DIN standards for welding lugs to mild or low alloy steel, is there an AWS equivalent or near equivalent for procedure / filler materials ?
DIN EN ISO 2560-A: E 42 6 B 3 2 H10
DIN EN ISO 2560-A: E 38 2 B 1 2 H10

7016 or 7018
These are standard, basic rods with relatively low hydrogen requirements.
