AWS D1.1 Diffusible Hydrogen H values

Exactly where are the H values (for hydrogen) shown in AWS D1.1 for various steels and electrodes I am looking at all the tables, and not seeing this. I am preparing for the ICC Welding exam (S2), and a sample test question asks, using ASTM A913
steel > 1.50 inches, no preheat, what is the max diffusible hydrogen H value to be used

It isn't in the body, i.e.lauses 1 through 8, of D1.1
