Automatic Constraints

Hi,

I had a typical problem in Inventor 2012.

I was trying to draw a U shape geometry in sketch mode
without fillets on the corners. When i was trying to drag
any line among the three, the lines which are attached
are not stretching with the line i'm dragging.

Usually the attached lines should stretch each other due
to automatic constrained placed when we create the sketch
but it is not happening for me. I feel some defualt
settings has changed so the software is not generating
the constraints automatically when i create the sketch.

All the 3 entities are moving without
relating(stretching) to other lines eventhough I have
drawn it connecting while making sketch.

Can anyone help me on this.

right hand mouse click in sketch.


Make sure that you have the relevant constraints selected in 'Constraint options'.
