AutoCad Weld Symbol Generator 1

Doesn't AutoCad have a weld symbol generator? In what package does it come? I have LT and Architectural Desktop and can't find it. Is it something you have to purchase separately?

From the pull down menu:
DRAW>DESIGN CENTER>select WELDING

From window explorer:
C>Program files>AutoCAD R14,2000,etc..(whatever version you are using)>Sample>Design Center>Welding
