Hi,
how can I save a autocad file version 2004 to a normal file size. Right now, when I save the file it grow up to a huge size, like from 100 KB to 5 MB. How can I remediate to that problem ?

Try purging unwanted blocks and layers, then do a save-as to a different place. Check and see if there is a difference.

convert the whole drawing as a wblock drawing. Naturally you will need a new file name. When I do this procedure, I'll insert the letters wb in front of the original file name to distinguish between the two drawings.

If you have 3D objects there may not be much of a size reduction possible...
