Are there any multiple plot freeware or shareware programs available?
 
While it is not free, we use Multi-batch on our LT stations. It comes with a lot of built in batch routines for LT and works really well (about $40).

 
Have you tried the batch plotting utility that comes free with AutoCAD. It does seem to have some limitations, though.
