Auto stand up electric motor bike

I was seeing Discovery channel and they featured an electric motor bike that can stay standing by itself.
This was a normal 2 wheel bike so I cannot figure out how it is possible to stay standing up by just actuating the motors.
Any idea on the principle used?

Has nothing to do with the wheels. The fact that it's electric probably allows some form of gyro to provide the stability.
