I am unclear about what information you require. Do you want a description of the fundamentals of AES (electron beam source, emission of Auger electrons from sample, electron detectors, etc.)? Or do you want information about the machine settings & other paramters (accelerating voltage, probe current, specimen tilt, specimen preparation, etc.) on how to most effectively use AES? What brand/model Auger machine are you using?
