Hi, guys.

I work for an insulation fabricator, and we're attempting to get a rather large job of die-cut acoustic barrier-foam composites. (Please forgive any misuse of terminology, I'm an estimator, not an engineer).

We can't find ANY suppliers for the specified raw materials, and I was hoping someone here might be able to point me toward a supplier.

Material #1:
2.0 lb/sft vinyl barrier with a layer of scrim embedded, chemically bonded to a .5" thick polyester foam. Must meet UL-94HB. PVC Resin @ 11.2%, Barium Sulfate @ 77%, Flame Retardant @ 2.7%.

Material #2:
1.0 lb/sft vinyl barrier with a layer of scrim embedded, chemically bonded to a .5" thick polyester foam. Must meet UL-94HB. PVC Resin @ 11.2%, Barium Sulfate @ 77%, Flame Retardant @ 2.7%.

Material #3:
.75 lb/sft vinyl barrier with a layer of scrim embedded, chemically bonded to a 2" thick polyester foam. Must meet UL-94HB. PVC Resin @ 11.2%, Barium Sulfate @ 77%, Flame Retardant @ 2.7%.

I truly appreciate any help at all, and sincerely hope one of you out there can point me in the right direction.

You might try contacting Vinyl Plastics Corporation in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The have made plasticized vinyl to foam laminates for the automotive industry for the past fifteen years.
