Dear Members,

Can somebody help me to know what is the ASME specification for UNS 32750 bolts. I am designing a column of solid UNS 32750 material (no cladding) and there are body flanges in this column which are designed as per Appendix-2 and I need to select bolting for these flanges.

Regards
Betty.

Apperantly there is no ASME equivalent bolt material for this material. However, I suggest to go for forged bars SA 479-S32750

Some of our suppliers suggested to use SA-182-F53 forging material for these bolts,Is this correct? Also while designing with compress other than bolt material are not listed in the bolt dialog box.Does anyone know what can be the other solution or else i need to do manual calculation which will be a tedious job.

I suggest Studbolt A193-B7M, Nuts A194-2HM Dims to BS 4882 & B18.2.2

Leonardobetta,

I think you mean to use coated bolts . Please note the flange material is UNS 32750. If A 193 gR b7 with out a suitable coating PTFE, contact corrosion may occur.
