ASTM for hex cap screw and its nuts

Hi!
I have the following problem:
I bought some hex cap screw and in its MTR, it indicates that is ASTM F606. It is something wrong due to this spec is for a test method and not for material. I have found that ASTM A449 is for hex cap screw for some tensile values and A354 is for quenched and tempered alloy. Someone told me that classic ASTM A-193 B7 is for screw too, but I think it is just for bolts.

Please let me know what do you think with my conception

Hex cap screws (inch) are covered by ASTM A449. ASTM A354 is for bolts. ASTM A193 covers all types of externally threaded fasteners including screws, bolts, and studs.
