ASTM A860 allowable stresses

Does anyone know the reason why ASTM A860 materials are not included in either Tables A-1 or K-1 of ASME B31.3.

More than likely because no one petitioned the Code for its inclusion and/or provided design allowable data supporting its inclusion.
