Associative Tread Callouts

Is there a way to make an associative thread callout like the one I have attached using the Hole Callout command? What I have shown in the attachment is associative but it's made up of 3 dimensions cobbled together with their extension/dim lines turned off. And, the "16 UNC" is not associative.

I don't mind adding some appended text if the numbers are able to be created in one command action (kinda like the Hole Callout command).

Duh. Title should be "Thread" not "Tread."
